SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Timeframes
At CandleMeCrazy, we are committed to processing and shipping your order promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1- 2 business days. Delivery is handled by Austrian Post. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the address of delivery:

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight of the items, and the chosen shipping method. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping within EU countries.
3. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress online.
4. Delivery Issues

5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the EU. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you have purchased candles online from CandleMeCrazy, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them without providing any reason, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.candlemecrazy@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return (if applicable). We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Used candles (i.e., candles that have been lit) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized candles.
- Used or lit candles.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in original, unused condition, we will process your refund. The refund will include the price of the product(s) and standard shipping costs (if applicable). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, and the funds will be returned to your original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info.candlemecrazy@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
