You can return unused candles within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that used candles (i.e., those that have been lit) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Custom-made or personalized candles and items damaged due to misuse are also not eligible for return.
